JOB DESCRIPTION FOR THE POSITION OF BDM FOR AUTOMOBILE SEATING FASTENERS
Position: Business Development Manager
Location : Mumbai / Pune
Grade: Middle Management.
Product: Textile based fasteners for Automobile seating.
Preferred Industry:
1. Automobile seat manufacturing ancillaries & parts.
2. Technical textiles.
3. Foam & Mould process.
(Companies like Mayur Uniquoters, Supreme Industries, Faze Three, BDM, Tesca)
Exposure to Target group of customers.. Anyone who is selling to the following companies.
1. Lear Corporation
2. Haritas Fehrer
3. Magna Seating
4. Woodbridge
5. Dymos lear
6. Toyota Boshuku
7. Groupo Antolin
8. Auto kit
9. Bharat Seats
10. Krishna Maruti
11. OEM 's Like Ford, Maruti, Volkswagen etc.
Job Role offered: Business development of textile based fasteners amongst automobile seat manufacturing vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identification of target audience.
2. Database creation of leads.
3. Meet Automobile seat manufacturers & related vendors.
4. Present our Product with technical solutions.
5. Meet OEM executives & related association for recommendation of product.
6. Generate lead & establish client base.
7. Understand the vendor's requirement & present product accordingly.
8. Generate orders & effectively achieve sales targets for the desired product.
Desired Profile of the candidate:
1. The candidate should have experience of representing products like foam, fasteners or any other raw material required for automobile seating manufacturers or should have business development background from the field of technical fabrics.
2. Should be having a techno-commercial background.
3. Ability to identify the target audience independently & promote the product with proper presentation & follow ups.
4. Fluent in written & Oral Communication.
5. Understanding of engineering drawings and dimensions will be an added advantage.
6. Should be well versed with functioning of order process and sales process in Automobile Industry
Experience: About 5 years in similar industry.
Age: 35- to 40 years
Qualification: Graduates from science background OR BE/Diploma
