About the Role:
Were seeking a Business Development Manager to join a fast-growing custom printing company in Hamilton, Ontario.
If you have strong B2B sales experience in printing, promotional products, or apparel manufacturing, this is your chance to drive growth, build long-term client relationships, and make a real impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new clients in promotional marketing, apparel, and corporate merchandise sectors.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships to drive repeat business.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
- Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and client meetings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and excellent customer experience.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 6 to 8 years of proven B2B sales/business development experience.
- Industry background in printing, promotional products, or apparel (mandatory).
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales prospecting techniques.
- Ability to travel locally and occasionally out of state for client meetings/events.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Sales certifications (e.g., HubSpot Sales, Sandler).
