Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to spearhead our growth initiatives and expand our footprint in the Indian market. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in B2B sales and business development, specifically within the technology or AI/SaaS solutions space. You will be responsible for identifying, nurturing, and closing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the overall revenue growth of AIONOS.

Key Responsibilities:

- Market Research & Strategy: Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities, target segments, and market trends within AIONOS's focus industries (Travel, Transport, Hospitality, Logistics, Telecom, etc.). Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve revenue targets.

- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Proactively identify and qualify potential clients through various channels, including networking, industry events, cold outreach, and referrals. Build and manage a robust sales pipeline.

- Client Engagement & Relationship Building: Establish and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at prospective client organizations. Understand their business challenges and pain points to effectively position AIONOS's AI solutions.

- Solution Selling & Proposal Development: Collaborate with internal teams (AI Research, Product Development, Solutions Architects) to understand client requirements, tailor solutions, and develop compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches that clearly articulate the value proposition of AIONOS's offerings.

- Negotiation & Closing: Lead complex contract negotiations, demonstrating strong commercial acumen and ensuring successful deal closures that align with AIONOS's business objectives.

- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product Development, and Delivery teams to ensure seamless client onboarding, successful project execution, and ongoing client satisfaction.

- Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for business development activities, proactively reporting on progress against targets to senior management.

- Industry Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, industry-specific trends, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
