Business Development Manager - ADAS Sales - Automotive

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve business objectives and revenue targets within the assigned one.

- Business Development- Getting RFQs from customers and converting them into business.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.

- Analyze and identify new business opportunities from the OEM customer base and optimize profit and increase revenues.

- Control pricing, deal price and other sales proposal activities.

- Identify new markets to expand our market base to increase revenue and profit generating.

- Involved in direct customer negotiations, negotiating contracts and agreements with customers and partners to ensure win-win outcomes.

- Analyze the market to determine the latest trends, customer needs, competitors' position, depth of customer base in order to redesign marketing strategies.

- Collaborate with the programs & engineering team to identify customer requirements in order to translate them into product specifications.

- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.

- Sales Forecasting and Reporting

- Forecasts Sales-Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly and analyzes performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of sales and business development initiatives.

- Prepare a regular report for senior detailing sales and marketing performance.

- Customer Relationship Management

- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key customers.

- Ensure excellent customer service and address customer concerns promptly.

- Willing to travel (~70% of the time) to various customer locations India/Overseas

Qualifications:

- Master's or Bachelor's in relevant field.

- Preferred experience in ADAS products for 4W and CV Automotive Industry.

- Proven track record of achieving business growth and measurable results.

- Must have strong connections with major OEMs in 4W, CV and 2W.
