- About the Role. We are looking for a seasoned, relationship-driven Senior Business Development Manager to lead growth across Media, OOH, and Integrated Brand Experiences. This role calls for someone who understands the nuances of clientele expectations and the importance of crafting solutions that are both strategic and experiential. You will be at the forefront of building partnerships, unlocking premium opportunities, and shaping the agencys next phase of growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead new business acquisition across media, OOH and integrated brand experiences.
- Build and manage relationships with senior marketing leaders and premium clients.
- Identify high-impact OOH sites, new media formats and partnership opportunities.
- Drive pitches, proposals, negotiations and closures.
- Grow existing accounts through strategic planning and proactive recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Own revenue targets and oversee commercial structures.
What Were Looking For:
- Strong network across brands, agencies and premium marketing ecosystems.
- Excellent communication, pitching and negotiation skills.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to deliver high-value solutions.
- Experience working with FMCG, BFSI, Automotive, Retail & E-Commerce sector clients is a plus.

Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field; MBA preferred.
- 4-7 years in Media / OOH / Brand Partnerships / Strategic Sales.
