Description:


The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company.


This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills.

They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.


Key Responsibilities:


- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

- Understand client requirements and propose suitable products or services.

- Handle end-to-end client communication, negotiations, and closures.

- Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales documentation.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.

- Track sales pipeline, follow up on leads, and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:


- 1-7 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Relationship Management.


- Strong client-handling, communication, and negotiation skills.

- Ability to generate leads and convert prospects into clients.

- Good presentation and interpersonal skills.

- Self-motivated with a result-oriented mindset.

- Proficiency in MS Office/CRM tools is a plus.
