Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of market trends, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to convert leads into long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Business Growth & Strategy:
- Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities and markets
- Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with company goals
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, partnerships, and market research
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations
- Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions
Sales & Revenue Management:
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Prepare proposals, pricing models, and contracts
- Negotiate commercial terms and close deals to meet revenue targets
Market & Competitive Analysis:
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
- Provide insights to leadership on market opportunities and risks
Collaboration & Reporting:
- Work closely with marketing, delivery, and leadership teams to ensure successful deal execution
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and prepare regular sales reports and forecasts
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors / master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
