About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and build long-term client relationships.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales strategy, client acquisition, and partnership development, coupled with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

As a Business Development Manager, you will identify new business opportunities, develop strategic plans to achieve sales targets, and collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver value-driven solutions to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve organizational sales and growth objectives.

- Identify potential markets, customer segments, and partnership opportunities.

- Prepare detailed business proposals, presentations, and pitch decks for prospective clients.

- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decision-making.

- Generate new business leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and digital outreach.

- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.

- Understand client needs and tailor solutions to address business challenges effectively.

- Maintain strong post-sales relationships to drive repeat business and customer retention.

- Own the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting to deal closure.

- Develop and manage a qualified sales pipeline using CRM tools.

- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts in line with company policies and profitability targets.

- Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual revenue goals.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, finance, and delivery) to ensure seamless onboarding and execution of client projects.

- Collaborate with marketing teams to drive brand visibility and lead-generation campaigns.

- Provide feedback from clients and market insights to improve products and services.

- Track sales performance, prepare reports, and present business insights to senior management.

- Analyze customer data, pipeline metrics, and conversion rates to optimize sales processes.

- Forecast business growth and identify potential risks or challenges in the sales cycle.

- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management,

- Strong knowledge of B2B/B2C sales cycles, lead generation, and strategic partnerships.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing abilities.

- Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, etc.) and MS Office Suite.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently
