Job Summary
We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth, build strong client relationships, and expand market presence.
The BDM will identify new opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, and work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to achieve business goals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Develop and execute strategies for lead generation, prospecting, and deal closure.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to guide strategy.
- Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and negotiations.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations, product) to deliver solutions.
- Achieve and exceed revenue, growth, and client acquisition targets.
- Maintain a pipeline of prospects and track progress through CRM tools.
- Represent the company at networking events, trade shows, and industry forums.
- Provide feedback to leadership on market trends, customer needs, and business opportunities.
- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Manager, or Key Account Manager.
- Strong track record of achieving sales and business growth targets.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong networking abilities and market intelligence.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) and MS Office.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results.
