Role Summary

The Business Development Leader will spearhead growth initiatives, focusing on acquiring high-value clients, forging strategic partnerships, and expanding market share in luxury co-working, hospitality, and premium corporate services.

Success in this role requires leveraging an extensive network, an entrepreneurial spirit, and excellent negotiation skills to deliver outstanding revenue results.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute robust business development strategies aligned with ambitious sales and revenue targets.

- Identify, acquire, and nurture key corporate accounts, startups, HNIs, and global clients for luxury co-working and hospitality solutions.

- Cultivate and manage strategic relationships with industry partners, real estate brokers, consultants, and corporate decision-makers.

- Explore new business avenues including premium memberships, conferences, corporate events, and exclusive client engagements.

- Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to ensure a seamless and premium client experience.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to adapt strategies and seize emerging opportunities.

- Represent the brand in high-profile networking events, industry forums, and exhibitions to enhance visibility and business growth.

Qualifications & Experience

- 5 to 10 years of proven business development experience, preferably in luxury hotels, co-working spaces, or corporate gifting sectors.

- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed ambitious sales targets and revenue goals.

- Extensive network within the corporate, premium hospitality, and luxury ecosystem.

- Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication capabilities.

- Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of driving independent growth and business initiatives.

Key Skills

- Strong sales acumen and proficiency in closing high-value deals.

- Excellent client relationship management and engagement skills.

- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment delivering premium services.

- Strategic and analytical thinking combined with hands-on execution focus.
