Business Development Lead - Real Estate - South

Job Description:

- Drive the store expansion strategy across South India by identifying high-potential markets.

- Lead end-to-end site identification, evaluation, and acquisition.

- Build and manage relationships with brokers, landlords, mall developers, and property consultants.

- Negotiate commercial terms, finalize lease agreements, and coordinate with legal and finance teams.

- Work closely with design, projects, operations, procurement, and finance teams to ensure timely store launches.

- Track expansion projects, maintain MIS and dashboards, and provide market intelligence to leadership.
