Role Overview:
As the Business Development Head, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our market share in the Forex trading sector. You will lead a team of business development professionals, working closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities. Your efforts will directly impact our customer acquisition, retention, and overall profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy aligned with the company's overall goals for Forex products.
- Identify and pursue new market segments and customer acquisition channels to expand our reach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including institutional clients, partners, and regulatory bodies, to foster business growth.
- Lead and mentor a team of business development managers, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop compelling value propositions and marketing campaigns to attract and retain customers.
- Oversee the development and management of sales pipelines, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.
- Drive initiatives to improve customer experience and satisfaction, leading to increased loyalty and referrals.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies in all business development activities.
Required Skillset:
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful business development strategies in the Forex industry.
Proven track record of achieving revenue growth and market share expansion.
Strong understanding of Forex trading products, market dynamics, and regulatory landscape.
Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
