Job Title : Luxury Furniture B2B Sales , BD Head

Location : Bangalore (Electronic City)

Job Type: Full-time

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced B2B Sales Representative to develop and maintain relationships with our business customers, including interior designers, architects, and luxury hospitality and residential developers. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the luxury furniture industry, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record of success in B2B sales.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential business customers, including interior designers, architects, and luxury hospitality and residential developers.

- Identify new sales opportunities: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through research, networking, and cold calling.

- Conduct sales meetings and presentations: Conduct sales meetings and presentations to showcase our luxury furniture products and services and negotiate sales contracts.

- Manage sales pipeline: Manage and maintain a sales pipeline, including lead generation, qualification, and conversion.

- Meet sales targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

- Collaborate with internal teams: Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and effective sales strategies.

- Stay up to date with industry trends: Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to maintain a competitive edge.

- Group business management: Have to handle the entire group including OEM customers.

Requirements:

- Experience: Minimum 10-20 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the luxury furniture industry.

- Education: Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.

Skills:


- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills.

- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Industry knowledge: Strong understanding of the luxury furniture industry, including market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.

- Networking: Established network of contacts within the luxury furniture industry.
