Job Description
The Business Development Head - 3D Content Hardware will lead the commercial growth of an innovative 3D content hardware ecosystem across digital, social, and modern retail channels. This role is responsible for defining go-to-market strategy, building scalable sales engines, and owning the end-to-end customer journey. The position blends strategic planning, performance-marketing-led sales execution, channel development, and ecosystem partnerships to drive adoption, revenue, and long-term growth in emerging technology markets.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Define and execute national sales strategy across digital, social, and emerging commerce channels
- Develop pricing models, revenue frameworks, and go-to-market plans
- Own sales targets, forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue growth
Performance Marketing-Led Sales:
- Drive sales via performance marketing on platforms such as Meta, Google, YouTube, and creator ecosystems
- Partner with marketing teams to optimize CAC, ROAS, conversion funnels, and customer acquisition
- Use data analytics, A/B testing, and experimentation to improve sales outcomes
Channel Development:
- Build and scale D2C platforms, online marketplaces, and partner-led digital distribution
- Expand into modern retail formats including electronics chains, experience centers, and specialty stores
- Identify, onboard, and manage distributors, resellers, and strategic channel partners
End-to-End Sales Journey Ownership:
- Own the complete customer lifecycle from lead generation to conversion, onboarding, and retention
- Work closely with product, technology, and customer success teams for seamless user experience
- Implement CRM systems, funnel tracking, and customer feedback mechanisms
Market Expansion & Partnerships:
- Identify new industry use cases across gaming, education, real estate, retail, media, and enterprise
- Build partnerships with platforms, developers, content creators, and ecosystem players
- Track trends in 3D content, immersive technology, AR/VR, and digital hardware adoption
Education:
- MBA or equivalent qualification in Business, Marketing, Technology Management, or related fields
- Full-time degree preferred
Experience:
- 10-15 years of experience in business development, growth, or digital sales roles
- Prior exposure to hardware products, digital platforms, or emerging technology businesses
- Strong hands-on experience with performance-marketing-driven sales models
