Our client is a fast-growing vertical SaaS start-up, funded by PeakXV (Surge), Infoedge, Insight Partners, Tenacity and Vertex Ventures, that provides innovative software solutions for the landscape, paving & construction industries in the United States. Our mission is to help businesses in this space improve their operations and grow their revenue through our simple & easy-to-use software platform. We're looking for a dynamic individual to join our team and help us drive retention, sales and grow our customer base.


The ideal candidate is an energetic self-starter with the ability to identify influencers and key decision makers within accounts and effectively engage with US based customers. The candidate will proactively nurture leads by responding to inbound interests and targeted outbound prospects, will qualify for leads based on pre-set criteria and will set up meetings with qualified customers, and then take them to closure.

Responsibilities of the Role:

- Develop and execute a sales strategy to identify and close new customers.


- Build and manage a sales pipeline, tracking leads and opportunities through each stage of the sales process.


- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target accounts, using consultative selling techniques to understand their business needs and how our platform can help them achieve their goals.


- Negotiate and close deals with customers, ensuring that the terms of each deal are favorable for both the customer and Attentive.ai


- Collaborate with our product and marketing teams to ensure that our offerings meet the needs of our customers and are well-positioned in the market.


- Maintain a strong understanding of our offering and the construction industry, and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.


Requirements for the Role:

- Experience in B2B companies (not limited to B2B SaaS).


- Notice period of max 60 days


- Excellent communication skills.


- Exposure to UK/Europe (EMEA), ANZ, APAC, or Global/Multi-region markets (communication should be very strong for these profiles).
