Job Summary:
The Business Development Consultant will play a strategic role in driving growth across pan India by identifying and converting high-value business opportunities. The incumbent will be responsible for establishing strong relationships with key decision-makers across various verticals, generating revenue through premium service offerings, and contributing to the organization's long-term sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish contact and build relationships with senior-level decision-makers such as CTOs, CHROs, CFOs, and Directors across target accounts in the region.
- Deliver persuasive corporate presentations and effectively communicate the value proposition of the company's services.
- Proactively generate business through cold calls, client meetings, and international travel as needed.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and consistently achieve or exceed annual revenue targets.
- Build, maintain, and expand a strong sales pipeline to support growth targets.
- Leverage brand equity and market position to drive top-line growth and maintain leadership in key markets.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and service delivery) to ensure seamless onboarding and customer satisfaction.
Candidate Requirements:- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in B2B / Corporate Sales, preferably from management consulting, strategic consulting, or training firms.
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and adaptable to working across diverse geographies.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Willingness to travel across international markets.
