Business Development & Marketing Manager - IT Services

Description:
- The role involves driving new business acquisition and revenue growth for IT services in the Indian market. The incumbent will be responsible for managing the end-to-end pre-sales lifecycle, engaging with prospective clients, understanding business and technical requirements, and closing deals for software development services.

- The candidate will interact closely with internal operations and technical teams to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to delivery. Acting as a key liaison between clients and internal stakeholders, the role requires managing expectations, facilitating clear communication, and supporting successful project execution.

- Key responsibilities include identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, conducting client meetings and presentations, preparing proposals and commercial documentation in coordination with technical teams, and maintaining accurate sales pipeline and CRM records. The role also involves monitoring market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities to support business growth.

- The ideal candidate should have 3 - 4 years of experience in business development or marketing within IT services or software development organizations, strong understanding of software development services, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders. Graduates or postgraduates from reputed universities or colleges are preferred. MBA in Marketing or Sales is an added advantage.
