Position: Vice President / Director - Business Development & Investor Relations

We are seeking an ambitious and high-energy leader from the banking, wealth management, or investment industry. The ideal candidate will have strong client relationship skills, proven marketing and networking abilities, and the drive to identify and secure investors-including high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and institutional investors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Who will closely collaborate with our leadership team, represent company in high-level meetings, and play a pivotal role in expanding our investor base, particularly across Dubai and other global investment hubs.

- Develop and execute strategies to identify, attract, and engage investors and clients.

- Leverage banking, wealth management, and investment industry expertise to build strong investor relationships.

- Represent company in investor meetings, business events, and exclusive networking forums alongside partners.

- Drive end-to-end business development efforts including lead generation, proposal development, and client acquisition.

- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential investors, family offices, and strategic partners.

- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored investment and business solutions to clients.

- Prepare and present investor pitches, marketing materials, and proposals with professionalism and impact.

Qualifications & Skills

- Candidate with 5-6 years of experience in banking, wealth management, financial services, or investment management.

- Responsible for scouting and engaging potential investors in Dubai and other international markets from our office.

- Existing network and relationship-building ability with family offices, HNIs, UHNWIs, and institutional investors.

- Strong networking and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence high-value stakeholders.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.

- High level of professionalism, integrity, and a client-centric approach.

- Ability to work collaboratively with partners and senior leadership in strategic meetings.
