Business Development & Investment Manager - Real Estate

Preferred Profile:

- Experience in real estate advisory, investment banking, project finance, or transaction advisory roles.

- Proven exposure to working with developers, investors, lenders, and financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build, leverage, and expand relationships within the real estate ecosystem across Commercial, Residential, Retail, Hospitality, Healthcare, Data Centres, and Educational Institutions.

- Engage with clients to understand their business and financial requirements and deliver customised advisory and financing solutions.

- Originate and structure transactions across debt raising, asset sales, project finance, Lease Rental Discounting (LRD), and Project Monitoring mandates.

- Coordinate discussions with capital providers including Banks, NBFCs, HFCs, AIFs, and other financial institutions, in line with assignment scope.

- Work closely with internal teams to manage end-to-end execution and closure of transactions.

- Identify emerging opportunities in real estate and financial asset transactions to drive business growth.

- Analyse financial statements, project cash flows, and transaction structures to support informed decision-making.

- Stay updated on market trends, deal activity, pricing benchmarks, and key sector developments.
