Business Development & Corporate Finance Role

1. Business Development

- Evaluate new development opportunities in the MMR market.

- Prepare feasibility reports and financial models to assess project profitability.

- Assist in due diligence and documentation for new acquisitions.

- Maintain a repository of reviewed opportunities and coordinate with brokers and market intermediaries.

2. Corporate Finance

- Prepare financial models and loan proposals for discussions with prospective financiers.

- Assist in documentation and post-disbursement monitoring with counterparties.

3. Program Management for Ongoing Projects

- Maintain and update MIS, budgets, and project schedules regularly.

- Ensure timely reporting and tracking of ongoing project performance.
