HR Access Consulting is a 25-year-old executive search and recruitment consulting firm, specializing in leadership and mid-to-senior level hiring across US Tax, Accounting, Technology, and Consulting domains.

We work with Big Four firms, Fortune 100 companies, and leading GCCs to identify and deliver top talent.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Development & Client Relationship Manager to be based in Hyderabad, who will be responsible for driving business growth and strengthening client relationships in the Technology, Consulting, and GCC sectors.

The role requires proven experience in mid-to-senior level hiring and the ability to engage with senior business leaders and HR heads.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities with Technology firms, Consulting organizations, and GCC clients.

- Build and manage strong client relationships through consistent engagement and delivery excellence.

- Partner with client stakeholders (CXOs, Business Leaders, and HR Heads) to understand hiring requirements.

- Drive end-to-end client lifecycle: requirement gathering, proposal creation, negotiations, and closure.

- Achieve revenue and business development targets through proactive engagement and market mapping.

- Represent HR Access Consulting in in-person meetings in Hyderabad on 12th November 2025 with key clients and stakeholders.

- Collaborate closely with internal recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery of quality talent.

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor landscape, and new opportunities within the recruitment ecosystem.

Qualifications & Skills

- 5-10 years of experience in business development and client relationship management within recruitment or executive search firms.

- Hands-on experience in mid and senior-level hiring across Technology, Consulting, and GCC environments.

- Demonstrated success in managing and growing client accounts with senior stakeholders.

- Strong networking, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently with a results-driven approach.

- Based in Hyderabad or willing to relocate.
