Job Description : Business Development & Account Manager

Experience: 1-5 years

Location: Andheri, Mumbai

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (2 alternate Saturdays working)

About the Role:


We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development & Account Manager to join our team.


The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, managing key client accounts, and ensuring long-term customer satisfaction.


This role requires strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to handle both acquisition and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:


Business Development:

- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities.

- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.

- Conduct market research to identify trends and potential clients.

- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.

Account Management:

- Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts.

- Understand client requirements and ensure timely delivery of services.

- Resolve client issues and ensure high customer satisfaction.

- Work with internal teams to support client needs and growth.

Reporting & Coordination:

- Track sales metrics and maintain updated records in CRM.

- Provide regular reports and forecasts to management.

- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams for seamless execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 1-5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities.

- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing accounts.

- Comfortable with fieldwork/client meetings whenever required.

- Self-motivated with a problem-solving attitude.
