Role Summary:

We are looking for a seasoned CA (Batch 2002-2009) to take on the role of Business Controller, driving financial strategy and performance across sales function. This role will act as a strategic finance partner, delivering actionable insights on channel performance, trade investments, and profitability. The position demands strong commercial acumen, robust financial governance, and the ability to influence business decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

- Drive commercial finance across sales channels; optimize trade spends & ROI.

- Deliver channel/customer profitability insights to support growth decisions.

- Partner with supply chain to control and optimize costs.

- Ensure governance on trade schemes, distributor payouts & commercial investments.

- Build and strengthen DMS/SFA systems, reporting, and analytics dashboards.

- Ensure compliance, internal controls, and credit risk management.

- Identify financial risks and leverage data analytics for decision-making.

Requirements:

- CA (Batch 2002-2009) with experience in FMCG/consumer or MNC environment.

- Strong experience in commercial finance, FP&A, and business controlling.

- Exposure to sales & supply chain finance.

- Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

- Proficiency in Excel, ERP (SAP preferred), and BI tools.

- Understanding of distributor-led RTM, trade spends & profitability management.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
