Business Controller - FMCG/Beauty Industry - CA

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end business controlling activities: budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and performance tracking

- Act as a finance business partner to SBU, sales, marketing and supply chain heads

- Drive gross margin improvement and cost efficiency projects across both Consumer business

- Analyze pricing, promotions, trade spends, and product profitability. Monitors and co-steer discounts, schemes etc

- Support strategic planning and investment decisions

- Ensure compliance with corporate governance, internal controls, and various corporate standards released by Henkel

- Provide insights for innovation business cases and product portfolio optimization

- Drive Finance projects and various initiatives

Required Skills and Competencies:

- Chartered Accountant with 8+ years of relevant experience, preferably in FMCG, beauty, or B2C brands

- Strong expertise in business controlling, financial planning & analysis (FP&A), and sales finance

- Hands-on experience in SAP and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; exposure to BI tools (Power BI etc) is a plus

- Excellent analytical and commercial acumen with attention to detail

- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills

- Self-driven, proactive, and capable of working in a dynamic and cross-functional setup

- Must be physically based in Mumbai. Required to report to office regularly.
