Business Controller - Consumer Business Division - CA

We are seeking an experienced and commercially astute Business Controller to lead the financial planning and business controlling function for the Consumer Business division. This role will be pivotal in driving budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and performance tracking across functions including sales, marketing, and supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end business controlling, including financial planning and performance monitoring.

- Act as a strategic finance partner to business heads and cross-functional teams.

- Lead gross margin improvement and cost efficiency initiatives.

- Analyze pricing strategies, trade spends, discounts, and product profitability.

- Support decision-making on strategic investments and innovation business cases.

- Ensure adherence to internal controls and corporate governance standards.

- Champion finance-led projects and digital initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Chartered Accountant with 8+ years of experience, ideally in FMCG, pharma, retail, or other B2C sectors.

- Strong FP&A, business partnering, and sales finance experience.

- Proficiency in SAP, Excel, PowerPoint; familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Power BI) is a plus.

- Excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills.

- Must be Mumbai-based and willing to work from the office regularly.
