Business Continuity Manager - BFS

- Review Business Continuity (BC) and Disaster Recovery (DR) plans for critical processes and third-party dependencies.

- Conduct Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and maintain updated continuity documentation.

- Develop and maintain contingency plans for high-risk vendors and services.

- Conduct Exit Assurance during termination of third parties in co-ordination of other teams

- Validate third-party resilience capabilities through assessments and documentation reviews.

- Ability to track resilience metrics, test results, and remediation actions to management.

- Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, ISO 22301, SOC 2, APRA guidelines, and internal risk frameworks.

- Support procurement and risk teams in embedding resilience clauses in vendor contracts.
