Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced BCM Analyst to design, implement, and manage Business Continuity Management (BCM) and Disaster Recovery (DR) programs. The role requires strong exposure to BCM frameworks, risk assessment, compliance standards, and stakeholder coordination to ensure organizational resilience.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, implement, and maintain Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Plans

- Conduct Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and risk assessments

- Align BCM strategies with organizational risk and compliance requirements

- Ensure BCM programs comply with international standards and best practices

- Coordinate and support BCP/DR drills, testing, and simulations

- Prepare and maintain BCM documentation, reports, and dashboards

- Collaborate with IT, Risk, Compliance, and Business teams

- Support audits and regulatory reviews related to BCM

- Present BCM findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders

Required Skills & Expertise

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, IT, Risk Management, or related field

- Strong understanding of Business Continuity practices, concepts, and trends

- Proven experience in BCM & DR planning and execution

- In-depth knowledge of BCM frameworks and standards such as:

ISO 22301

NCEMA guidelines

COSO

ISO 31000

Professional certifications preferred:

- ISO 22301

- CBCI (Certified Business Continuity Institute)

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

- Willingness to relocate to UAE if business demands

Nice to Have

- Experience working in regulated or global environments

- Exposure to audit, compliance, or enterprise risk management team
