Business Consultant - Manufacturing

Role Overview:

The Business Consultant will be responsible for leading diagnostic assessments, designing transformation initiatives, and driving execution across client engagements. This role combines strategic thinking with on-ground implementation to deliver tangible operational and financial results.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct end-to-end business diagnostics across operations, processes, strategy, and performance

- Develop structured transformation frameworks and execution roadmaps

- Lead alignment and buy-in workshops with senior and middle management

- Drive performance improvement initiatives across operations, supply chain, planning, and growth strategy

- Manage consulting engagements from initiation through implementation and closure

- Develop executive-ready presentations, reports, and impact dashboards

- Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor to leadership teams

- Ensure recommendations translate into measurable business results

Preferred Functional Experience:

Candidates with prior experience in one or more of the following areas are highly preferred:

- Program Management

- Project Management

- Internal Strategy / Business Excellence / Transformation

- Supply Chain, Planning, or operations Excellence

Candidate Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience (consulting, strategy, operations, transformation, or program roles)

- MBA from a reputed / well-recognized institute in India (mandatory)

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills

- Proven ability to drive cross-functional execution and change

- High ownership mindset with strong communication skills
