Business Consultant - Financial Analysis

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct business and financial analysis to support product and business development, including market research, competitor benchmarking, and client needs assessments.

- Leverage CA expertise to build financial models, conduct cost-benefit analyses, and assess profitability of new initiatives.

- Understands contracts and legal documents and can structure the document into smaller, manageable sections to improve readability.

- Ensure all business recommendations comply with financial regulations and accounting standards.

- Prepare proposals, presentations, and business cases with financial insights for internal and client stakeholders.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business and financial requirements into actionable plans.

- Contribute to the enhancement of internal processes, emphasizing financial accuracy, operational efficiency, and governance.

Qualifications:

- MBA/Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory, with strong knowledge of accounting, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.

- 3-6 years of experience in business consulting, financial services, or fintech.

- Proven understanding of financial planning, risk management, and investment analysis.

- Solid experience in business research, data interpretation, and strategic consulting.

- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify financial insights for diverse stakeholders.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and financial/business analysis tools.
