Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive adoption of Adobe Digital Media solutions across enterprise customers, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and improving value realization.
- Collaborate with key collaborators to identify growth opportunities, analyze usage trends, and implement targeted initiatives to enhance engagement and success metrics within customer organizations.
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive business strategies that align with organizational goals and market demands.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and potential risks.
- Monitor key performance indicators (critical metrics) to evaluate the success of strategies and recommend adjustments as needed.
- Identify inefficiencies within business operations and propose solutions to streamline processes.
- Work closely with senior leadership to define and prioritize critical initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, operations, finance) to implement strategies effectively.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and market shifts to provide actionable insights.
- Identify and evaluate new business models and revenue streams.
- Communicate and coordinate well with Customer team members as well as consultants and managers
Qualifications
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI) and CRM platforms
- Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting and planning
- Advanced knowledge of strategy frameworks (e.g., SWOT, PESTEL, Porter's Five Forces).
- Competence in business intelligence tools and scenario planning.
- Professional Experience:
- 9-10 years of experience in business strategy, management consulting, or a similar role
- Proven track record of designing and implementing successful business strategies
- Experience in leading high-stakes projects and managing cross-functional teams.
- Background in scaling operations or expanding into new markets.
- Exposure to diverse industries or global market environments.
- Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies and the ability to work in multi-functional teams.
