About Client - Client is a strategy & transformation consulting team

Role highlights & requirement but not limited to:

- Team operates as an independent unit & exhibits a true entrepreneurial spirit in its work-culture and fast paced environment. The key teams within the group are BD & Consulting, Product Management, Product Dev.

- The candidate will get an opportunity to work directly with & at client's location. It provides an immense learning opportunity as one gets direct exposure to the grass root problems that these companies face, right from day one.

- As the successful candidate will be working across industries /sectors, as an organization we do not expect any prior sector knowledge. We always believe that a person with basic intelligence can learn about any sector and further intelligence around the sector would be built during the journey that he/she would be undergoing with us

- Lead opportunity assessment, solution design and proposals to build a value proposition for the clients leveraging our services

- Independently manage assignments in strategy assessment, finance performance management, process improvement & value stream analysis, corporate strategy for C level

- Develop transformation frameworks to help enable effective process transformation exercises

- Focused on generating data driven analysis and insights to support hypothesis for value realization assignments

- Take ownership of the engagement deliverables and drive due diligence with client stakeholders

- Should have work experience in operations consulting/ process transformation/strategy consulting/business consulting/corporate strategy. Prefer from a consulting background with exposure to direct client facing engagements.

Prerequisite Skills / Experience:

The candidate should be a MBA (from one of the top 10 B-Schools) with experience possessing specific, deep and demonstrable expertise in the following skills / experiences profiles:

Must Have:

- Operations Consulting/ Process Transformation experience in the Supply Chain area or in finance operations/FP&A, marketing/operations or any other business vertical

- Should be familiar with the tools and methodologies used for business process transformation

- Experience in building assessments, diagnostics in transformation

- Client facing experience with excellent written and spoken communication skills

- Excellent problem identification & solving skills

- Target Firms: Consulting firms for eg PwC, E&Y, KPMG, Accenture, ECS etc
