Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and driven Business Application Analyst with a comprehensive skill set encompassing SAP Implementation and Salesforce expertise. This role plays a pivotal function in orchestrating the successful implementation, optimization, and management of business applications within our organization. The ideal candidate possesses a unique blend of technical proficiency, analytical prowess, and exceptional communication skills. Key Responsibilities: 1. SAP Implementation: - Lead end-to-end SAP implementation projects, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business requirements and objectives. - Configure, customize, and integrate various SAP modules to fulfil specific business process needs. - Participate in the design and documentation of SAP solutions, including workflows, data structures, and interfaces. - Conduct thorough testing, quality assurance, and troubleshooting to guarantee smooth system functionality. - Provide comprehensive end-user training and support to facilitate the seamless adoption of SAP systems. 2. Salesforce or any Distributor Management Solution (DMS) Implementation: - Drive the design, configuration, and deployment of Salesforce solutions, tailored to support diverse business functions. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define requirements, translating them into effective Salesforce/DMS configurations. - Execute data migration and integration strategies to ensure accurate and consistent data across Salesforce/DMS and other systems. - Offer user training and technical support to maximize the benefits of Salesforce/DMS utilization. 3. Data Analysis and Process Enhancement: - Analyze business processes to identify areas for improvement and automation within SAP, Salesforce/DMS, and other applications. - Employ data analysis techniques to extract insights, identify trends, and make informed recommendations for enhancing system performance. - Collaborate with technical teams to diagnose and resolve complex system-related issues promptly. 4. Documentation and Collaboration: - Maintain comprehensive documentation of SAP and Salesforce/DMS configurations, changes, and integrations. - Prepare clear and concise technical documentation and user guides for various applications. - Foster collaboration across departments by effectively communicating technical information to non-technical stakeholders. Qualifications and Skills: - Bachelor or Masters degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. - Demonstrable experience (5 years) in SAP implementation, Salesforce implementation. - Relevant certifications such as SAP Certified Application Associate or equivalent. - Proficiency in guiding/monitoring configuration and customization of SAP and - Salesforce/DMS solutions to meet business needs. - Proven ability to analyse business processes, gather requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions. - Excellent problem-solving skills with the capacity to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
