Business & Technical Coordinator

Description:

Who Can Apply:

- Professionals with 4 to 5+ years of experience managing both technical and business teams.

- Candidates with strong working knowledge of React.js, Node.js, PHP, and JavaScript to effectively communicate with development teams.

- Individuals with proven experience in handling client communication, requirement gathering, and cross-functional coordination.

- Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Team & Project Coordination:

- Manage communication and coordination between technical teams (React, Node, PHP, JavaScript developers) and business teams.

- Facilitate smooth project execution by ensuring timely requirement clarification, task allocation, and progress tracking.

- Collaborate with development, QA, design, and product teams throughout the product lifecycle.

Client Management:

- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both domestic and international clients.

- Act as the primary point of contact for project updates, requirement discussions, and issue resolution.

- Understand client needs thoroughly to ensure accurate translation into technical tasks.

Requirement Gathering & Documentation:

- Conduct requirement gathering sessions with clients and internal teams.

- Prepare and maintain detailed documentation including BRD (Business Requirement Document), FRD (Functional Requirement Document), proposals, work breakdown structures, and sales reports.

- Ensure that documentation is clear, concise, and aligned with project goals.

Communication & Presentation:

- Demonstrate excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both verbal and written formats.

- Present project updates, technical explanations, and business proposals confidently to stakeholders.

Process & Quality Management:

- Ensure project requirements are well understood and delivered on time.

- Identify gaps, propose improvements, and help teams maintain high-quality output.

- Support risk identification, issue tracking, and escalation processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 4-5+ years of experience in handling technical teams and business communication.

- Strong understanding of web technologies: React.js, Node.js, PHP, JavaScript.

- Proven experience in client-facing roles with both domestic and international customers.

- Excellent skills in requirement analysis, documentation, BRD/FRD preparation, and proposal creation.

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

- Exposure to project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, ClickUp, etc.

- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
