Key Responsibilities

- Evaluate property performance, sales, and leasing data to identify opportunities and challenges.

- Conduct market and competitor analysis to support investment and pricing strategies.

- Prepare financial models, feasibility reports, and business cases for new developments or acquisitions.

- Support budgeting, forecasting, and performance reviews with analytical insights.

- Present findings and recommendations to management for informed decision-making.

- Partner with internal teams to improve business processes and operational efficiency.

What We're Looking For

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or related field.

- 2-5 years of experience in business analysis, finance, or strategic planning (real estate preferred).

- Strong analytical and quantitative thinking with attention to detail.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to translate data and research into actionable business insights.
