We are hiring for one of the premium home decor market which offers products across the Home Furnishing Category, like Bedlinens, Curtains, Blankets, Table Linen, Carpets and more.

Role-Business Analytics

Location- Ahmedabad

Key Responsibilities:

Position serves as a key strategy driver to achieve overall business growth and profitability

We're looking for a hustler to act as a Right Hand to management to facilitate effective decision-making and execution.

1. Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.

2. Develop and document business process models to illustrate current and future states.

3. Propose and design technical and process solutions that meet business needs and objectives.

4. Work with IT and other departments to implement solutions and ensure they align with business goals.

5. Communicate findings, recommendations, and project updates to stakeholders and executives.

6. Create detailed documentation of business requirements, processes, and solutions.

Qualifications and Skill:

- A MBA/BE/Masters's (ideally Tier -1 school) in Business Administration or related field

- Min 3 to 4 years' executive level experience; project management,analytics skills and ability to lead multiple projects independently

- Proficiency in MS Office, excellent in Data, Numbers.

- Good communication, presentation skills, with the ability to express views clearly is a must

- Ability to work strategically and collaboratively across departments

- Being inquisitive, tech savvy, self-motivated and having the ability to get along with different people

- Be ready to work with the utmost degree of discretion & ensure confidentiality
