Business Analytics Manager - US Healthcare

Role: Business Analytics Manager - Individual Contribution Role (US Healthcare).

Experience: 8+ years.

Location: Hyderabad (work from office).

Responsibilities:

- Oversee analytics for the full revenue cycle: patient access, billing, coding, and collections.

- Drive performance improvement through data insights and process optimization.

- Collaborate with leadership across finance, operations, and compliance.

- Develop and manage dashboards tracking KPIs like A/R days, denial rates, and net collections.

- Ensure adherence to US healthcare regulations and payer policies.

Desired Experience:

- Proven experience in US healthcare revenue cycle management AR follow up Hospital and Physician.

- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

- Expertise in Excel and SQL.

- Deep understanding of payer reimbursement, coding standards, and compliance.
