You will play a critical role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to analyze data, gather and document requirements, and provide insights that support decision-making and strategic planning. Key Responsibilities: - Work closely with stakeholders to understand business goals, processes, and requirements - Translate business needs into detailed functional and non-functional requirements - Analyze data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions - Create dashboards, reports, and presentations to communicate findings clearly - Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations teams to implement data-driven improvements - Conduct market and competitor analysis to support strategic planning - Track KPIs and measure the performance of key initiatives - Support user acceptance testing and change management processes Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field - 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role - Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) - Experience with SQL or other data querying tools - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Nice to Have: - Experience in [industry, e.g., eCommerce / SaaS / logistics] - Knowledge of agile methodologies and tools like JIRA, Confluence - Understanding of A/B testing, funnel analysis, and cohort tracking - Familiarity with CRM or ERP systems
