Key Responsibilities:
Requirement Gathering & Analysis:
- Work closely with business stakeholders, relationship managers, and operations teams to gather requirements related to wholesale lending processes.
- Analyze and document business needs, workflows, and system requirements.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications for IT and process teams.
Process Mapping & Improvement:
- Map existing wholesale lending processes and identify areas for operational improvement.
- Recommend solutions to enhance efficiency, compliance, and risk mitigation.
- Support process standardization and automation initiatives.
System Implementation & Support:
- Participate in system implementation projects, including lending platforms, CRM, and reporting tools.
- Collaborate with IT teams to design, configure, and test systems to meet business requirements.
- Prepare test cases, perform UAT, and document outcomes.
Reporting & Data Analysis:
- Generate regular and ad-hoc reports to support business decision-making.
- Analyze loan portfolios, credit risk, and performance metrics to identify trends and insights.
- Support dashboards and reporting tools for monitoring key performance indicators.
Regulatory & Compliance Support:
- Ensure business processes comply with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and risk management guidelines.
- Support audits and compliance reviews by providing accurate documentation and process insights.
Stakeholder Communication:
- Act as the primary point of contact for business and technical teams during project execution.
- Provide updates, presentations, and documentation to stakeholders at various levels.
- Support training and change management initiatives for new systems or process changes.
