Business Analyst For Treasury Risk product/solution Job Description: - Business Analyst for Treasury Risk product/solution implementations. - Co-ordination with various departments, users, product team, support teams like Operations, IT, Vendors for requirement gatherings, enhancements, etc. - Evaluation of systems - Analysis of new requirement and translation of the same to Requirement Specification Document. - Preparation of Requirement documents, test plans, incident reporting. - Carrying out testing for the solutions and resolution of issues. - Thorough analysis for system production issues faced and provide effective solutions - Working with internal customers to resolve the issues, enhance the current system to reduce the manual intervention. - User training on system enhancements. - Prepare User Guides and train users on newly developed Systems Job Requirement: - Business understanding and Implementation experience of Treasury risk (market risk, counterparty risk products is a must) - Understanding of software development life cycle. Prior experience in dealing with external vendors preferred - Excellent communication and inter-personal skills are a must to deal with various cross-functional teams and external vendors - Should have good analytical skills and an eye for detail - Well versed with Office tools like MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS projects etc.
