Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in Treasury Operations and SQL.

The ideal candidate must come from a finance background or finance process and bring hands-on expertise in cash payments, nostro account management, SWIFT messaging standards, and liquidity operations.

This role requires a professional who can analyze treasury data, streamline operations, and collaborate across teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency in all aspects of treasury and cash management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze and optimize treasury processes including cash payments, nostro account reconciliations, and liquidity tracking.

- Build and maintain dashboards and reports using SQL to support decision-making and monitor key treasury KPIs.

- Conduct root cause analysis on payment failures and implement scalable solutions.

- Collaborate with finance, product, risk, and compliance teams to improve operational workflows.

- Work with SWIFT MT/MX message types and support transaction investigations as needed.

- Identify automation opportunities to improve treasury efficiency and control.

Mandatory Requirements:

- 6 to 9 years of experience in treasury operations, payment operations, or financial analytics.

- Proficiency in SQL is mandatory.

- Prior experience in handling nostro accounts, SWIFT messaging, and liquidity management.

- Background in finance or having worked in a finance-related process is essential.

- Strong analytical and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Exposure to Treasury Management Systems (TMS) or ERP platforms.

- Experience in financial services, fintech, or global payment operations.

- Familiarity with regulatory compliance and global payment systems.
