Business Analyst - Treasury Operations

Are you a seasoned professional with deep expertise in Treasury operations and Summit systems? We're looking for a Business Analyst to join our team and play a critical role in testing, validating, and supporting front-to-back treasury processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support Treasury Dealers with deal input and scenario testing

- Validate UAT results and assist in re-testing efforts

- Conduct regression testing and identify system anomalies

- Collaborate with FO, Middle Office & Operations as a functional consultant

- Handle pre-go-live activities, PLV testing & post-go-live troubleshooting

- Ensure end-to-end support in Summit system integration and performance

Qualifications:

- 10+ years of experience in the financial services industry

- Strong experience working with Summit (Treasury Money Market, FX, Fixed Income, Structured Products, Derivatives, Collateral Management Front to Back Office)

- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

- Knowledge of Agile frameworks like Scrum is a plus

- Proven ability to manage ambiguity in fast-paced environments

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
