Business Analyst - Supply Chain Domain

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong Supply Chain domain expertise and data analytics capabilities.

The ideal candidate will bridge business needs and technology solutions by analyzing supply chain processes, leveraging data insights, and driving operational efficiencies.

Location: Bangalore Urban, India.

Work Mode: Work from Office.

Role: Business Analyst (Supply Chain domain).

What You'll Do:

- Analyze supply chain processes to identify areas for improvement.

- Develop and implement data-driven strategies to enhance operational efficiency.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define solutions.

- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights.

- Conduct market research to support strategic planning initiatives.

- Create comprehensive documentation for business requirements and project deliverables.

What We're Looking For:

1. Domain Skills:

- Strong understanding of Supply Chain Management (SCM) processes.

- Experience with tools like SAP SCM, SAP IBP, Oracle SCM, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, etc.

2. Data & Technical Skills:

- Advanced skills in SQL for data extraction and analysis.

- Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik).

- Knowledge of Excel (advanced), Python/R (preferred but optional).

- Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.

3. Business Analysis Skills:

- Expertise in requirement gathering, BRD/FRD documentation.

- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps.
