Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven Supply Chain Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will leverage advanced data analysis skills to optimize supply chain operations, identify efficiencies, and support strategic decision-making. This role requires proficiency in creating interactive dashboards and visualizations using tools like PowerBI and Tableau to transform complex data into actionable insights. You will play a key role in analyzing supply chain metrics, forecasting demand, and improving overall supply chain performance in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze supply chain data from various sources (e.g., inventory levels, supplier performance, logistics metrics) to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.

- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using PowerBI, Tableau, and similar BI tools to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time delivery rates, inventory turnover, and supplier reliability.

- Conduct in-depth data analysis to support demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and risk assessment in the supply chain.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., procurement, logistics, and operations) to gather requirements and translate business needs into data-driven solutions.

- Monitor supply chain performance metrics and generate regular reports with recommendations for process enhancements.

- Utilize advanced analytics techniques, including statistical modeling and predictive analytics, to forecast supply chain disruptions and improve resilience.

- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing regular audits and implementing data governance best practices.

- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging tools, and best practices in supply chain analytics to drive continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

- Experience: 3+ years of experience in supply chain analysis, data analytics, or a similar role, with proven expertise in dashboard creation and data visualization.

Technical Skills:

- Advanced proficiency in PowerBI and Tableau for building dashboards, data modeling, and interactive reporting.

- Strong experience with data analysis tools such as Excel (advanced functions, VBA), SQL for querying databases, and Python/R for scripting and automation (preferred).

- Familiarity with other BI tools like QlikView, Looker, or similar is a plus.

Analytical Skills: Exceptional ability to analyze large datasets, draw meaningful insights, and present findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and the capacity to work collaboratively in a team environment. Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential.

Other Requirements: Knowledge of supply chain principles (e.g., lean methodologies, Six Sigma) and experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is highly desirable. Willingness to travel occasionally if needed.
