About the Role:

- We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst / Subject Matter Expert (SME) with deep domain expertise in Commercial Insurance to join our growing team.

- The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, ensuring successful delivery of insurance transformation, product development, and process improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to commercial insurance products and processes.

- Work closely with underwriting, claims, policy servicing, and IT teams to translate business needs into functional specifications.

- Act as the subject matter expert (SME) on commercial insurance lines including property, casualty, liability, and specialty products.

- Support business process design, gap analysis, and implementation of system enhancements or new platforms.

- Validate and test solutions to ensure alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

- Facilitate workshops, conduct stakeholder meetings, and provide domain training to project teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or SME within the Commercial Insurance domain.

- Strong understanding of insurance lifecycle processes underwriting, policy administration, claims, and reinsurance.

- Proven experience in working with core insurance systems, digital platforms, or transformation projects.

- Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills
