Service Revenue Business Analyst
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze Service revenue across products, geographies, and customer segments to uncover trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
- Own the creation of partner budgets and design effective incentive plans to drive performance.
- Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to forecast revenue and evaluate ROI on strategic initiatives.
- Develop and maintain real-time dashboards and reports to monitor key service revenue KPIs.
- Conduct variance analysis and root cause investigations to explain deviations from forecasts or budgets.
- Contribute to revenue strategy projects such as new product launches, funnel optimization, and bundling strategies.
- Design and automate reporting tools to empower business stakeholders with self-service analytics.
- Provide revenue insights during month-end and quarter-end close processes to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Synthesize data findings into clear, actionable recommendations for leadership and cross-functional teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree with 4-5 years of experience in business analysis, revenue operations, or financial planning & analysis (FP&A), preferably in a high-growth set-up or FMCD/FMCG industry.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).
- Experience with CRM and ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics) is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
