Responsibilities : 1) Conducting secondary research, benchmarking, and competitive intelligence across Consumer, Healthcare, and Industrial sectors. 2) Analyzing data and providing strategic insights to support decision-making for senior leadership. 3) Mapping relevant CXO-level stakeholders across industries. 4) Preparing high-quality reports and presentations for internal and client use. 5) Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and relevance. 6) Driving end-to-end research processes in alignment with project objectives. Requirements : 1) MBA/PGDM from reputed institutes. 2) 3-8 years of experience in market research, competitive intelligence, or benchmarking. 3) Strong exposure to Consumer (FMCG, Durables), Healthcare & Life Sciences, and Industrial sectors. 4) Background from Big 4s, Big 3s, SHREK Firms, or executive search/consulting firms preferred. 5) Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
