Description: Key Responsibilities: - Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements - Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives - Work closely with Product Owners to manage and prioritize the product backlog - Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories with clear acceptance criteria - Ensure timely delivery of projects by tracking progress, identifying risks, and driving mitigation plans - Support the development team in removing blockers and improving team productivity - Monitor project performance using relevant Agile metrics (velocity, burndown charts, etc.) - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful implementation of solutions - Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the Agile framework. Key Skills & Competencies: - Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) - Experience in requirement gathering, stakeholder management, and documentation - Hands-on experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar - Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills - Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities effectively - Analytical mindset with attention to detail Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field - Scrum Master certification (CSM/PSM) preferred - Experience in Agile project delivery environments - Exposure to domains such as Banking, Financial Services, or IT (optional)
