We are looking for a Business Analyst for a large pharmaceutical company with strong SAP expertise in Sales & Distribution. This role focuses on aligning technology with commercial objectives, enhancing distributor ecosystem performance, and enabling data-driven decision-making.
You will drive -
- End-to-end business analysis across Sales & Distribution processes
- Alignment of IT initiatives with growth strategy and customer-centric goals
- Requirement gathering, documentation, and functional design for IT solutions
- Optimization of channel performance, dealer management, pricing, and secondary sales visibility
- Collaboration with business leaders, IT teams, and external vendors/implementation partners
- Delivery governance including development, testing, and rollout of applications
- Driving user adoption, UAT, and change management initiatives
- Enabling reporting, dashboards, and analytics for Sales & Distribution stakeholders
Ideal background -
- Strong experience in Business Analysis within Sales & Distribution / Commercial functions
- Exposure to CRM, ERP (Sales & Distribution modules), DMS, and analytics platforms
- Proven ability to translate business needs into scalable IT solutions
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Experience working with vendors and implementation partners
- Consulting mindset with strong analytical and execution capabilities
