Job Title: Business Analyst - SaaS Product Development

About the Role:

- We are looking for a passionate and analytical Business Analyst to join our Product team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in gathering requirements, defining product features, and driving the development of SaaS-based products.


- This role involves close collaboration with Product Managers, Engineers, and UX teams to translate business needs into functional specifications and deliver innovative, scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business needs, define product requirements, and create detailed BRDs, PRDs, and user stories.

- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify gaps and opportunities for new product features.

- Work closely with the engineering and product design teams to ensure smooth execution of product roadmaps.

- Develop process flows, use cases, and wireframes to communicate requirements effectively.

- Facilitate scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog grooming, and review sessions) with cross-functional teams.

- Identify and track key product metrics; use data-driven insights to refine product functionality.

- Partner with QA teams to validate features and ensure requirements are met in final deliverables.

- Act as a bridge between business, technical, and customer-facing teams to ensure product alignment and successful delivery.

Key Requirements

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

- 4-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in an IT or SaaS product company.

- Proven track record of conceptualizing and launching new SaaS products or modules.

- Strong understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies.

- Expertise in creating functional specifications, user stories, process diagrams, and wireframes.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Figma, Lucidchart, and SQL (for data validation) is a plus.
