Business Analyst (Female) Location : Noida Opportunity for IIM Pass outs Industry: Retail Business Type: Hypermarket Business Strategy and Implementation : - Analyses the Retail/finance business's activities and trends and compares analyses against the service standards and best practices. Presents findings and works with the Managing Director - Retail to identify and implement strategies that will address tactical and strategic goals. - Assists MD - Retail in developing tactical and strategic product, services and/or programs to support company's goals (financial, quality, production, customer service, operational efficiency, market share, etc.). - Works closely with business leaders to identify and maximize opportunities to use information and technology to improve product, service and/or program business processes. - Coordinates the implementation of key business strategies across the country with respective Functional Heads : - Assist in creating annual business plan, finalize budgets for the Retail business - Continuous tracking of key market and competitive trends, analyse results and share its impact on company with all relevant stake holders Business Analysis and Reporting : - Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts and decompose high-level information into details - Develops effective business performance reporting tools - Prepares routine reports (financial, quality, production, customer service, operational efficiency, market share, etc.). - Analyses trends and recommends adjustments address and/or capitalize on trends. - Analyze drivers for an underperforming category and recommend corrective actions - Create high impact communication and presentations for Business Analysts, External Stakeholders, Board Members and BSO Projects : - Lead and coordinate specific projects around same store productivity improvement and customer service/delight across - Build a significant understanding of market/industry and operations in different and related sector. Administration : - Prepare meeting agendas and sending out pre meeting documentation - Participate in meetings and responsible for taking notes as appropriate - Responsible for following up on meetings and actions
